2025 QUILT SHOW WORK SCHEDULE
▪July 21 – Sales Room item drop-off, 9:00 AM – 2 PM.
▪July 21 – Quilt drop-off, 9:00 AM – NOON.
▪July 21 – Unload trailer and assemble Quilt Show Structure, 8:30 AM – Completion.
▪July 22 – Quilt judging.
▪July 22 – Sales Room item drop-off, 9:00 AM – NOON.
▪July 23 – Quilt Hanging, 9:00 – Completion
▪July 23 -- Sales Room open to Members only
*July 24-26 – Quilt Show (SEE SHOW WORK SCHEDULE PDF'S BELOW)

2025 Goodtime Quilters UFO Projects
1. Unfinished projects must have been started prior to January 1, 2025.
2. You must sign up for Show and Tell. On the Show and Tell signup sheet indicate that it is a UFO project.
3. For each completed (bound and quilted) project you will be given an entry form. You need to print your name on it and drop it in the provided container.
4. There will be 4 prize drawings for 2025. A name will be drawn at the March meeting, June meeting, September meeting, and the December meeting.

2025 Quilt Show Registration Information -- Use the directions below if you only want to print page 2 which is the Registration Form.
When a PDF file opens in a new window from this site and you only need one page, my printer opens a box that allows me to choose a printer. I then go down to Pages, click on ALL which opens another box, then click on custom. I then type the page number I want to print. If a PDF file opens in Adobe Reader and you only need one page, find the line "Pages to print" Fill in the bubble for Pages and type in the page number you want to print.
